What I need is a clamp on bayonet lug that will work on a lightweight (A1 diameter) barrel.

Who has them for sale?

they look pretty gay, why ugly-up your rifle just to attach an accessoriy youll never really use. just close the extra 40inches and stab them manually.

It's not for an any type of AR.  The barrel diameter just happens to be the same as an A1.  It's a project.
