Want to make sure that they match up to a M4 barrel extension.  I have no experience with KAC rifles.

I can't answer that, but I can tell you that lowers have nothing to do with it.  The uppers either have or do not have the cuts.

My SR-15 has what appears to be M4 style feed ramps in the upper.

A VERY FEW OF THE SR-15 MATCH RIFLES WE SOLD YEARS AGO DID HAVE BARRELS WITH M4 FEED RAMPS.
