Most of the posts I've read here at ARFcom and elsewhere have said that most of the Model 0s were issued with ERGO grips, and the new edition of THE BLACK RIFLE by Bartocci also states this.
But FWIW, I've seen LOTS of SPR pics here an elsewhere on the web, and although some SPRs do have the ERGO grip, most of the SPR Model 0s that I have seen pics of in US military service actually show the rifle sporting the standard AR grip.
