Who would be a reputable gunsmith to turn down a RRA post-ban heavy 16" stainless barrel to straight .720 diameter?  I really do not care for the extra weight, although the rifle shoots really nice.  I'll probably end up putting a rail system on it.

Kurt's Kustom in Florida does excellent work (he did my old 14.5 inch HBAR to 14.5 inch M4 profile conversion). I'm sure he will be backed up for a while though. Otherwise, I'd call some local gunsmiths and machine shops and see if they can do the work.
