Go see Adco's site, they have all the RRA stuff at great prices. I'd get a chrome lined RRA upper.

Check out ADCO's "Build your M4 Upper!"
It's built of RRA parts and comes out to be a little more than $500 when you specify chrome lining and "replace tac handle with A2 handle." |

Bushmaster 16in M4 Upper Receiver $545 for A2 or flat-top without carry handle. $645 for flat top with carry handle. +$20 for M4 hand guards. |

Thanks guys, I don't see many votes for anyone but RRA. I think I'll go with RB precision, they quoted me $400 something for an entry tactical chromelined upper w/o the carry handle. (already have a iron sight) I thought about Bushy, but I have not been able to find a comparable price!
