Where is the cheapest place to go for a new 6-position M4 stock and a new A2 buttstock?

What are the best recoil pads to use with said stocks? FYI these stocks won't be used on .223 rifles.

The cheapest I have found is Model One Sales for the A2 stock at 55.00

http://www.model1sales.com/

And for the M4 6 position stock is www.tapco.com  at 49.00

The 6-pos stock appears to be out of stock until the end of Sept...

Is the 6 position stock that much more desirable over the 4 position stock?

Really for the money, not much difference.  I like the 6 pos. because to me with its wider butt (yeah, I like wide butts) it is more comfortable and looks a little more balanced.  But I have used both and in function, the extra two positions don't make a lot of difference.  Its the same total distance of expansion, just divided into 6 instead of 4 stops.

Brownells has cheap M-4's (wholesale).  They are out too.  I just sold a like-new A-2 complete for $40.  Guess how long it lasted?
