THE ARMS #38 SPR RAIL CAN ONLY BE USED WITH PRI FORENDS WITH THE APPROPRIATE THREADED INSERTS.
NOTE THAT THERE ARE TWO BASIC FORMATS FOR THE SPR RAIL, THE EARLIER FORMAT USED WITH THE ORIGINAL SPR AND THE TYPE USED ON THE MOD 0. I HAVE SEEN THE EARLIER TYPE WITH AND WITHOUT THE BUILT-IN PEQ-2A MOUNT. THE LATTER MOD 0 FORMATS ARE ONLY OFFERED WITH THE BUILT-IN PEQ-2A MOUNT. WES GRANT M.S.T.N. |

Thanks Wes, but I'm talking about simply using an extended ARMS 38, not the full length, as a result of medium height rings (not tall). I've got expensive glass with med. rings that is perfectly set up for another rifle. I don't want to have to mess with the rings, simply the internal adjustments in the scope in switching it.
