I was curious about the forgings and machine work on Colt and Bushy lowers.  Does anyone know which foundries they get their forgings from and is the machine work done in house or a sub contractor?

Just in case this is a trick question :

No one gets forgings from foundries.  Foundries produce CASTINGS.

Forgings come from -- wait for it -- forges.

NO......This isn't a trick question! Its my mistake thinking a foundry did both castings and forgings.
