Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - A2 barrel question.

I'm thinking of getting a A2 barrel that was installed on a Colt R6500.

The Colt R6500 uses a A1 upper receiver my Colt MT6551 has a A2 receiver.

My question is will the FSB be the correct height going from A1 to A2 receiver ?

Yep. No problems here.

Things get "iffy" when a flat top enters the equation.
