I'm mostly confused about parts of question 4 (Decription of Firearm).

For 4c(Caliber, Gauge or Size) - can I list a bunch of different things, like .223, 9mm, .45, etc - or does it have to be one specific thing?

For 4e (Length of barrel) - can I list both 10.5 and 11.5, or do I have to pick one?

For 4i (State WHy You Intend to Make Firearm) - is there a "standard" answer for that?  "Collector" or "Hobby" - I want to say "because it's cool", but that's probably not best, right?  



Also - where do I get the fingerprint form? The app says FBI Form FD-258 - do I get that from the FBI (like I ordered the forms from the ATF) or is that something that local police can have, and I can jsut go there to be finger-printed?
