Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Fluting of Barrel - So Cal

Is there a gunsmith in So Cal who can flute the barrel of my new 16" carbine?  It is a Rock River Arms A4 Varmint with a 0.922" barrel diameter forward of the gas block.  It is a tad muzzle heavy.  I thought fluting might improve the balance by removing some weight from the front end.

yes there are many gunsmith here in cali. Theres "Evan's gunworld and shooting range" in orange county, also there's  Larry at "L&G weaponry" in the o.c. . theres another gunsmith who is out in riverside but i forgot his name but u could go to turner outdoorsman stores and find his flyers in sid e the store.i hope this helps you

i think L&g weaponary is some where in huntington beach area, and evan's gunworld is right by arrowhead pond
