Has anyone had any experience with the Fulton Armory Liberator II four rail handguard?

That unit is made for Fulton and others by Yankee Hill...I too would like to hear about their quality...

Buddy of mine uses one on his M4. I like it - built nice, lots of holes for cooling.  However he has had it come loose at least once during our shoots and he treats his weapons with kid gloves.
