What is the difference between the 2 and 4 port brake in terms of operation etc.... Whys is the 2 brake so special and exclusive?

The two port is really a sound suppressor mount and blast baffle.

It is much harder to get as it is not a regular item sold to civilian dealers. (MSTN is probably the only dealer getting these)

The Four port is what they are marketing as an effective muzzle break.
