Anyone know the muzzle velocity for a standard 55gr round in this barrel length?

Last time we measured we were getting about 2200 fps with the old South African Ammo.  The same ammo measured about 3200 fps out of a 16" barrel.

I put some 3131A and "SB" SS-109 over a cheap green chrony:

3131A----- 2382
SB SS-109- 2345
52gr HP w/26.5 Win 748-- 2205
