They have this description listed on the website:

20" E2 Post-Ban W/Muzzle Break Kit:
Forged A2 upper or Flattop upper, E2 round handguards, A2 trapdoor stock, 1 in 8 twist stainless steel match grade barrel w/permanently attached muzzle break, forged front sight.  $475

I can't comment on the M&A brake, but I just put together a J&T post-ban M4 upper for a buddy. The J&T brake looked really nice. Extreamly close to a real flashhider.
