Does anyone have one?  Do they work as advertised?  Personally I could do without a charging handle and this would be a neat option.

I have seen and handled the SOCOM side-cocking upper-receivers.  They are a great piece of work.  I highly recommend them.

The good thing about them is they dont reciprocate with the bolt carrier.  The bad thing is they let crud get into the giant slot in your upper.
