Here it is. all I need is the bipod adapter and the front sight. Also in the picture is my secret baby be quiet device!!! I think its made by crane but Im not at liberty to say who manufactures it.
 also here is the initial 3 rd shot group@25 yards.  I was using my acog(I know it didnt hit black hehe!! didnt want to change zero because it is going back on my M4) because my M3 didnt arrive till today. when I get it to the range i'll post the results. Im very happy with my results and thank everyone for their help and advice. FREE |

Its like the one Wes builds as far as I know it might be one of his. SPECS: 18" douglas 1/7 twist barrel,KAC FH, Arms 22 high rings, Leupold M3LR scope, Colt upper,harris BRM-s bipod (no pod lock yet), RRA 2 stagwe trigger, PWA lower with ergo grip and RRA M4 stock.KAC 300m BUIS. What bad influences you people are, now I'm looking for a full length KAC FF RAS, I already have most of other components, KAC 300M, KAC flip up front sight, PRI front sight, US Optics SN3, a lower with Jewell 2 stage trigger. True to my preaching I won't be using bipods. Well when I do get the FF RAS I'll be selling my M5 RAS, if any of you might be interested.
On second thought maybe I'll get a PRI tube for a change....... |

That's a really nice set up. Excellent work.
You know on the stock, I've been reading and studying the entire VLTOR concept since I first heard about it. Well I finally got hold of one to look at first hand at the Tulsa show this weekend and I have to say, I just don't like the stock at all. It's not that it's lacking in any quality that I could note. But it doesn't offer everything that the Crane does (a friend of mine picked one up from AK Mike last week). While I'm aware of the discussion regarding the plastic breakage in the Crane it still offers increased length of pull, which for me was a godsend with this rifle. Also the continuation of the plastic body instead of the cut out concept of the VLTOR was much more pleasing to the eye and to me more comfortable. I wouldn't talk anyone out of a VLTOR, but I'm definetly going to go with the Crane...Or hmmm, maybe an Airsoft? |

I've been eyeing the airsoft version, for $60 or so if it doesn't work it ain't a big loss, anyone tried it on a real weapon?

I just sold my Crane and replaced it with a sweet clubfoot Vltor, and bought a lot of other cool stuff with the leftover change. Seriously, I must cast my vote for a Vltor as the Magpul M93 is just not for me. |
