So long as the Oly rails are built to spec, sure, it will fit. ARMS only gaurantees them to fit Armalites, Bushmasters and Colts though.

ARMS guarantees their products will fit USGI rifles and carbines and commercial versions by Bushmaster, Colt's, or ArmaLite rifles.

It should fit, but if it doesn't, they should be able to give you a receiver replacement that is to the mil spec they claim to now have.

fits my dpms A3 upper. i wouldn't worry about it not fitting unless you bought your upper off ebay..if it has the 'A' or keyhole stamps it'll probably fit just fine.
