I highly recommend the Jewel 2-Stage Trigger.  You can fine tune this trigger to your personal preference.  It is what I currently have in my AR and I love it.

I'll second the Jewell 2-Stage.  I couldn't be any happier with mine.

First, you need to make sure what size hammer and trigger pins you have. Large pin is +/- .172" and small pin is +/- .156".

Next, don't waste your money on the Bushmaster or CLE two stage triggers. They are not as hardy as the Jewell or Rock River.

For a bargain priced, competition worthy trigger, you can't beat the RRA two stage tuned by John Hollifer at White Oak Precision.  I think it's $115 all said and done.  The Knight's two stage is what I prefer, but they are close to $300.
