What is the break in procedure for Chrome-Moly barrels and non-Chrome-Moly barrels?

Clean Barrel.

Shoot rifle as much as you wnat for the day.

Go Home.

Clean barrel.

Barrel break, in leading to a more accurate gun is a myth, promoted by custom barrel manufacturers to get you to waste ammo wearing out your barrel, so the can get you to buy another barrel sooner.
