Are colt A2 uppers cut for a pinned sear?

Mine wasn't[:D]  Oddly enough, the SP1 smoothside upper I was replacing it with had been cut for the sear.

Doesn't really stop you tho.  About 20 minutes (if you're slow like me) with a good quality proper width needle file, and you cun put two angled notches in the upper to clear the sear.  Never have understood why Colt cut so much out of the inside anyway.
