I recommend the RRA 2-stage. No set screw adjustments to come loose, easy and quick to install, Has a GREAT feel to it, and costs less than $100. I got mine from Pete-in-NH at www.ar15sales.com

Under $150, RRA tuned by John Holliger.  Definitely worth the extra ten bucks.  Over $150, Knight's.

I think you see the RRA theme at work here.  It's just too bad you didn't originally get the NM trigger with your lower.  In any case, RRA is the way to go!

A friend of mine and I just put John's RRA triggers on our rifles and WOW!  VERY nice and definitely the best deal out there.

What ever you do, DO NOT buy a Rock River 2 stage trigger from John Holliger at Whit Oak Precision.  My reason is simple, I want him to concentrate on building my new upper.  Also, I think we are giving him a swelled head (not).  Actually, I also heartily recommend the RR tuned by John.  I have two.  One I replaced in a CMP Bushmaster that wouldn't hold a first stage until I took it out and installed the RR.
Went to a EIC match recently and when it came time to weigh triggers, I got pretty nervous as my RCBS trigger pull gauge gives me 4.5 lbs exactly.  Didn't really need to worry as the trigger easily handled the 4.5 lb official weight.  Even so, the trigger "feels" much lighter.  BTW, I have tried a Jewel in a friend's match rifle.  It was okay, but I prefer the Holliger tuned RR.

+/-.156" is a small pin

+/- .170" is a large pin

Measure yours to see.

I've bought my last two RRA NM triggers from Pete at Legal Transfers and they are absolutely PERFECT from the factory.  I can't imagine how anyone can improve on them!
