I found a very nice carrying sling that I actually got off of an old Olympus video camera case.  It's  great for my AR because it has clips on both ends that are wide and flat.  In fact, if they were any wider, they couldn't be attached to the sling rings.  They're PERFECT, in other words, and very quiet, too.

Does any company offer a dedicated rifle sling wth this sort of wide, flat clips on it?    I can't bet on finding another video camera case with the right clips on it again anytime soon, and I have another rifle I want to equip with this type of sling.
