I'm amazed those guys actually blend in with three color desert (in the USA)
I can't wait for surplus to start surfacing when it gets around to fall here in WI everything turns yellow and tan and for about 6 weeks before snow a 3-color desert field jacket and pants would be perfect for hunting deer. |

Terrain appears to be Afgansistan to a blind man. Nevada most likely. Never seen that crap in Iraq. WTF who are those 4 dorks? I wouldnt let them carry my Ruck to a plane. The dipstick on the left doesn't even have a bayolug on his weapon. The bitch got hair over her shoulder. WTF REMF's? A Shrike in service? Look for ICE to be issued on a daily basis before a Shrike shows its face in country. Anywhere! |

The lower pic is of LarryG36 and some of his buddys. Larry is a Nevada FFL/SOT and likes to take stuff out to the desert to play. I'm not aware of him making any military claims, rather he just likes trying out the stuff he sells, and shooting in general. While he can be an ass, he's certainly not trying to get people to believe he's some kind of Spec Ops soldier or something.
I don't know why it is that people get so upset at civilians wearing camo BDUs (assuming they don't have rank, unit insignia, etc. on them). They're just clothes, and they're good clothes for the job. Don't automatically assume that folks are trying to be Rambo, or that camo is the exlusive domain of the military. -Troy |
