You should be able to get one under $200 easy.
Now, the difficulty is finding someone who'll sell it like that...I got a RRA from Norala Tactical minus the buttstock and grip, but with the receiver extension, for $180 earlier this year. You might give them a shout and see what they've got in stock. |

It may be easier to find a stripped lower ($90-$110) and a parts set that doesn't include a stock, and stay under the $200 mark. Nearly all the ads I see for assembled lowers come w/the stock assy, and go for $220-$250.
