anyone no the laws and regulations on these?? do the have to be regestier and what is legal to fire form them( oi know not explosives...203's etc) im in michigan and not sure where to look

Legally you can only use flares/starbursts or smoke.

If you have a farm you can still get birdbombs - but from what I understand these are no longer available on the 'over the counter' market.
