Not seeing a Vltor A1 stock, but the difference between a A1 and a A2 is 5/8-inch or .625

Way to throw red meat to the wolves, Wes...  (At least this wolf) As if I'm not poor enough already!  My wallet is cringing as we speak!

But seriously: This is great news!  Personally I prefer my stocks a little shorter than normal (being 5'9" and all).   A clubfoot modstock in an A1 length is a Godsend!  Thanks for the heads up Wes!

Wes--

I called a couple of months back asking whether they were going to make their stocks in an A1 length, but they said they weren't...but that things could change if the demand was there...I GUESS IT'S THERE!  YES!  Like if I haven't bought enough stuff my AR!!

**WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO USE MY WILDERNESS SINGLE POINT SLING WITH THIS STOCK?

**WHY IS THE CLUBFOOT BETTER THAN THE STANDARD LOOKING VLTOR STOCK?  THE CLUBFOOT SEEMS FUNKY TO ME.

Just got of the phone with VLTOR.  He stated that he MAY make a run of A1 length rifle stock in STANDARD form just to have in stock.  If so, this is the one I'm going for...

Thanks for the repy, Wes; It's appreciated.

One last thing:  If I use that QD swivel then I won't need that GGG adapter plate, right?  That means I won't increase the length of the VLTOR stock like I had to with the A1 stock I have on now because of the PLATE.

Sounds like a winner!  Do I have to buy any Colt parts to make it fit my BushMaster?

(edited to add, how am I supposed to buy a laptop when I have to keep buying AR stuff?)
