You'd need an AR10 barrel nut, a handguard cap (round is fine unless you plan to mount A1 handguards), delta ring/springs, and handguards.

You'd need to remove the front sight block (easy, because they clamp on with screws on the AR10s), then use a strap wrench to remove the float tube.  Remove the FF barrel nut and remove the barrel.  Install the Delta ring and related springs.  Reinstall the barrel usign the standard barrel nut.  Install the handguard cap and reinstall the gas tube.  Install the handguards.
