Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - XM15A1 How much?

A friend is trying to sell me a XM15A1 rifle.  It has an Olympic lower and upper receiver with an 11.5 inch barrel with the 5 inch flash suppressor welded on.  

It was manufactured in 1981 and is in good condition.  

What is the general price that I should pay for this rifle.
