Greeting,

I'm purchasing a RAS2 and was wondering what ring systems can be used? I hear that because the RAS2 has the hump and when the ring suppied with the AimPoint is installed the dot is lower than the front sight. Will the ARMS 22M68 work? Should I use KAS ring?

What about a rear sight?

For mounting on the hump, the ARMS #22M68 with no spacer is exactly what you need.  Cowitnesses properly.

#22M68 is a great choice, but you can also use the KAC mount mande specifically for the RAS 2 and also the GG&G mount which adds a battery compartment.  as far as zero after remount, ARMS is the best choice.

KAC 300m or 600m will do the job, so will any of the BUIS currently on the market.

I use the GG&G ring mount w/ GG&G A2 BUIS.  Works perfectly, looks sweet.  ARMS 22M68 is also a great setup w/ RAS2.
