I was looking at a bushmaster 16" shorty complete pre-ban upper with 3 rail gas block installed but when I talked to them it would be a month or more to get it. Are there any others that might be better than bushmaster and what about 3 rail gas block makers. any info would be helpful. Its all going on a colt lower

Wait on the Bushmaster... correct barrel steel, correct chamber, chrome-lined... There is a reason they're backordered... [;)]
