I just revceived my RRA Match rifle this weekend and did not receive any instructions with it, just a bare rifle.  Are there instructions for it out there?? or is it a "legal" thing... and while I am at it a few questions for those in the know.

Advertising says its a .223 wlyde chamber.  The receiver says its a 5.56 (but has CM before the seiral number).  A prior question by me was answered to use 5.56 ammo if that was what it is and .223 ammo if that was what it is for better accuracy.  What is it??  Should't the receiver say what it is??

The apeture sight is either .03 or .04... its very small and apparently unmarked, how can I tell what it is.
