I traded for a complete NIB Colt pre ban Competition 2 last month. It has the raised mag well with small front pin. Can I have it drilled for the detent and  have a push pin installed? Thanks

I tried at a gunsmith in the area and he cant do it. Any sugestions.

Yes, send it to Kurt's Kustom Firearms.  He charges $45 (I think).  You can find him on the Industry board.
