Any additional rail raising the EO Tech will cause it to sit too high to cowitness properly.
You're best off keeping it mounted directly to the flattop, unless you want to spend the $375 or so for an ARMS #50, plus another $100 for a #40 to replace your MAD.
You can see here the top one has an ARMS SIR #50/#40/EO Tech. The #50 has a step down which allows the EO Tech to sit at the same plane as the back up sights.
Directly below that, the middle rifle has a Knight's RIS and an ARMS #38S-EX-MOD-L. It ties the flattop and the RIS solidly together, but the EO Tech would be too high to allow the sights to be viewed through it. An Aimpoint in an ARMS #22M68 with no spacer will align properly, but there again we're adding something you're not using to solve an issue that's not even being created if you just stick with what you've got and use your EO Tech on the flattop.
