Has anyone done an accuracy test on a float tube, before and after intall? Thanks.

Float tubes will enhance accuracy especially if not using a good repeatable rifle rest that causes undo stress or inconsistant pressure on the barrel when shooting. However, the main reason for a float tube, at least a CMP style, is to keep sling pressure off of the barrel and to prevent a point of impact shift. Even with the Hbar contour, using a sling can cause a several minute MOA shift.
