Need some help. Have a Bushy flattop and a CMO Elite IR scope that I am fond of that is on a Weaver mount. I want to mount it on my flattop upper. It sits too low just straight on the flattop. If I mounted it to an ARMS 19, do you think that would work with on / off return to zero? What about the KAC risers? Better idea? Only problem with them is the two screw attachment v. on / off throw levers.  Is the ARMS 19a high enough to act as a riser type mount if I wanted a scope on this flattop? Thanks for your input!
