How exactly do these work? What are the advantages, disadvantages?

I don't know how they work, but they are great!  I got a RRA lower w/the NM trigger from Pete at Legal Transfers and the trigger pull is awesome.  It is 2 stage (takeup about 1/8" slack before the actual sear break)and it has absolutely no creep and is clean as glass.  My Lyman digital trigger pull scale sez it is 4lb 8oz (average of 10 pulls).  Spend the extra money and get one.

If you dont like the 2 stage I think?
Accuracy Speaks makes a real nice single...havent tried it but heard good things about it...
Got a RR and they are nice..
