Thought he said it was the other way around? The upper will work on a standard AR combined with a 7.62x39 magazine that fits a standard AR lower.

The AK mag is approximately .120 wider than an AR mag. The standard upper is not wide enough to modify to accept it. My concern would be what style bolt are they using. 5.56 or 308. Craig

Craig I know they are using the 5.56 BCG. CMMG's Mutant uses the .308 BCG. That is a concern to me as well, but I actually haven't heard a lot of stories of bolt failures in the smaller BCG. I'm sure they are out there. If I went the PSA route (for 1000.00 I won't), I'd have an extra bolt just in case ;) |
