Never heard of them which does not mean much.
No offense to the guy born last month, but it would be nice to have some replies from long term members with a reasonable number of posts.

Use a Credit Card not a Debit Card.
Keep a close watch on your transactions and pending transactions.
Your CC company will have a defined period that you can contest charges in.
If there are problems don’t let the seller run out the clock.
