We aren't allowed in the RECCE / SPR threads, so post the 14.5s and smaller here!
I borrowed the name from another member

RIFLES/SBRs ONLY, PLEASE.  No Pistols or "PDWs" with braces, etc.  You pistol peeps have an entire subforum for that stuff.

14.5" and shorter, free floated, variable mag optic - LPVOs are great!  Please no magnifiers, or ACOGs..

Noveske Crusader upper
WMD NiB BCG
Vortex Razor HDII 1-6x
Seekins forged lower
Seekins billet lower parts
Geiselle SSAe
VLTOR IMod and RE
Sprinco Blue and H2
BCM Mod1 grip

So my title suggestion sounded alright to you, huh?

14.5 can be in the Recce thread, one of the few pics of an actual one has a 14.5 m4 barrel...

I think this fits right in here:

12.5" ARP 6.8 barrel.

6.8 ARP super bolt and NIB carrier

YHM 6.8 marked upper

10" Centurion rail

LWRC UCIW stock kit with UC2 buffer and flat wire spring

MOE+ grip

Geissele S2S trigger

Surefire Scout light in Larue QD mount

Larue SPR mount

Burris 1.5-6 MTAC

Great idea. A recce/afghan/crusader 12.5" is next on my list.

I guess my 14.5 this loosely fits the concept:

Well hurry the hell up.

I think I am going to transplant my Accupoint on to my 11.5 Spikes CHF LW.  This has been a damn accurate barrel up to the 100 yards I have only shot to with it.

My 12.5" SBR in a "Recce" configuration
-Centurion Arms barrel
-NSR rail
-Geissele SD-C trigger
-Variable-power optic in QD mount (I also use an H-1)

This is one of the most accurate guns I own (3/4 MOA after 4k rounds) and gets shot every time I go to the range.

Accurate Armory lower (will have matched upper)
Anderson MPI BCG
Faxon Firearms 14.5 inch 1:8 barrel
Magpul MOE sights
Unmarked sights (basically YHM quick flip)
Still deciding on rail (small budget)

Need to order
FH (phantom 5c1)
Bipod
Scope ( PA 1-4 or 3x compact if I can find one)
Magpul grip and guard
Buffer tube

Slackers!

I got another one set up.  This rifle has been one of my favorites, but has only been used with a EO and iron sights previously.  Really diggin' the grip angle on that BCM with these shorter rifles, may change this one as well.

-Complete Spikes CHF LW 11.5" upper w/ SAR3 lite quad
-Rainer lower with Gieselle SSA
-Trijicon Accupoint 1-4x

With it's bigger brother:

Wow, I've actually been remembered and paged!

Mine could use a Crusader barrel. With the SPR/M4 it's just too bulky to be a "light handy SBR", but it's certainly a fun rifle. A shorter can would make it much more handy! With the can she's the same length as a Mk12... A 12.5" with a Centurion 10 or 11 inch rail and something like the Ops Inc M4S or one of their short reflex cans would be PERFECT.

DD 12.5" Gov barrel
WAR adjustable receiver
DD RIS II MK18 rail
AAC SPR/M4 reflex can/MITER Brake
Billet lower w/H2 buffer
ALG ACT trigger

A 12.5" built up like a Mk12 Mod Holland, ie Ops Inc reflex can and 12" PRI handguard would be AMAZING. I'd try it if I didn't have a QD latch on the SPR/M4...
