Now I might be grasping at straws here and I know this won't effect performance at all but...has anyone else experienced a forge mark that has partiality broken off?

what's the round count on that forge mark.  It may be normal wear.

That's also not a marking unique to DD rifles either.

Its a keyhole which is a Cerro forge mark...I'm pretty sure DD uses Cerro.

I knew I was going to get razed for this, but I was curious to know if anyone else has seen broken off forge marks.
