IIRC, there were a few 8" free float rails in circulation.......Were they made by KAC?

I use Google Images to hunt down the different manufactures who make the rail length sought after.

(i.e., Use search words...AR-15 8" free float rail follwed by AR-15 8" free float handguard and then AR-15 8" free float. Then replace AR-15 with M16 and M4, and keep using variations of the general search words to see what you find that you like.
