id go standard as well. I love my 16" w/ 12" rail but a nice standard fsb would be nice just for simplicity.

Standard FSB will be less weight than a gas block and front sight.  Also the only reason to get a railed gas block sight is to have a folding BUIS on it, which is prone to failure when in the up position.  Vuurwapen blog did was drop test on them, it wasn't pretty.  You can potentially damage them sliding behind cover, getting in and out of vehicles etc...

None of the above.

Cut your front sight base down, and put a light weight railed fore end over the top of it.  It will be lighter, and more functional than any of the above.
