Stumbled across a Colt LE6920 dark earth rifle with dark earth furniture. Was not aware Colt made a dark earth rifle. Looks gold to me. Asking price is $1325. Thoughts - like get it or  to high?

Little high I would offer something around 1150 see if the seller bites take cash if you want it that low.

I'd pass, not really a fan of the anodized FDE finishes myself, and living in GA, OD would be a little more appropriate I think. Anyway black goes with everything and krylon is cheap

They're just coming into the system. I've seen FDE anodized with FDE furniture, and green anodized with black furniture.

They've been advertised for a bit south of $1250 (look in the Colt industry forum), but the typical in-store pricing is probably close to what you were offered.

The green is 6920MPGG-B.

Colt is coming out with a lot of new models, including a MP-PD with Troy rear sight, MP-R with drop-in Troy rail and the anodized ones.

There is also a Talo OD green version. That price is what most are charging right now for the colored versions. Buds had/has some OD ones and Clydes has some FDE ones. There's a thread in the Colt industry forum with more info/pics.

Edit: Proconsul beat me to it

My local shop have a bunch of the new green anodized model LE6920MPGG-B with black Magpul furniture and they're asking for $1312.99.

If you like that dark earth model see if you could bargain with the dealer, maybe they would accept a lower selling price.

I priced Clyde's and they are $1329 plus $20 shipping and 3% for credit card and sales tax if in Ga.
