In CT the way that the law is written is as follows:

(A)  A semiautomatic rifle that has an ability to accept a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following:
i.          a folding or telescopic stock;
ii.          a pistol grip;
iii.         a bayonet mount
iv.         a flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor; and
v.         a grenade launcher.

So if I were to use a stock that had the pistol grip built into the stock with a thumb hole, would I be able to use a barrel with a flash suppressor? I couldnt find any definition of a pistol grip in the gun laws on the ct.gov website.
