I've been using BCM and DD barrels for the last couple of years but they don't have what I need and I can't think of who to use for the work.  

I need an 18" barrel that will accommodate my ops inc 3rd, medium profile, and have a gas port small enough just to cycle since the gun will be suppressed 100% of the time.  

I have a spare barrel blank laying around but not sure who to turn to for the work.

Adco lists Ops Inc. profiles in their 'shop services' section, so you could send it to them to get turned down.  For your gas port, the easiest thing to do might be to simply plan on picking up an adjustable gas block, like a JP for example, so you can tune it however you want––that way you wouldn't have to worry about getting a special size gas port cut.
