Rainier Arms offers the basic 14.5" carbine upper and I believe if you call them they will pin a FH for you before they ship it...

You could have them install a different flash hider and pin it. If your not stuck on lmt you can buy a bcm 14.5 upper with the flash hider already pinned. A few other vendors sell the uppers ready to go like this as well. |

Same upper from BCM with a perm attached A2X:
