Unless something has changed, I don't think ADCO offers this service. I contacted them about the same thing more than a year ago, and they said no.

If the gas port is already drilled, it'd most likely be cheaper to just buy a new barrel.

I would contact one of the many AR manufacturers and they should be able to point you in the right direction.BCM comes to mind.

This.

If it's a 20" barrel you could make it into a Menusar barrel.
