Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Chrome BCG question

I have a chrome bolt with the EGA (Eagle, Globe, and Anchor) etched on it with the letters NM ( which I assume stands for "National Match").  Anyone here know the origins of this bolt carrier?

ETA: It's a full circle bolt carrier.
