I have a chrome bolt with the EGA (Eagle, Globe, and Anchor) etched on it with the letters NM ( which I assume stands for "National Match").  Anyone here know the origins of this bolt carrier?

ETA: It's a full circle bolt carrier.

M16A1 BOLT CARRIER Complete Assembly - National Match Hard Chromed with engraved "NM" & U.S. Marine logo. Includes GAS KEY, FIRING PIN & BOLT HEAD Assembly - All Hard Chromed - Item # 341c $300

This was from my old post in the archives on 4/19/2006, I saw this carrier on aa-ok.com but they no longer have it now.
