I have always liked Walnut stocks on my other rifles but could never really find a decent set for my AR. Since my AR is not meant for a SHTF weapon I decided that if I ever found a nice set of wood for it I would buy it and refurnish. I finally found a nice kit that consisted of the buttstock, pistol grip and forearm. I only used the stock and grip because I don't want to replace my free floating YHM Diamond quad rail. Even though I only used 2 of the 3 peices I still think it came out nicely.

Anyone wanna buy a Walnut Triangular rifle length forearm.

Def. looks cool! Did you have to do any staining or was it plug-in-play?

They came in just as you see them. the company that sells them does a superb job of finishing.

I clicked on this thread thinking it was going to be someone who switched from tan to UDE Magpul furniture and was pleasantly surprised. Looks good!

I have the Triangular forearm that was included with the set but it would be a major task to put it on. Because of NY law my Muzzle brake had to be pinned and welded. It would cost me a 200 mile round trip to Jojo's gunshop in Connecticut plus the cost of the adapter plates to install it and another 100 or more in cash to have everything removed, installed and repinned and rewelded. I would rather not go through all the time and expense that it would take just to have the matching forearm put on.I will say it would look nice if all 3 pieces were on but I can live without it.
If anyone would like to buy or possibly trade something for the forearm let me know an I will be glad to post pictures of it.

Wow, that looks fantastic! That is a really nice stock. I might have to ditch my FDE in favor of Walnut. Can I get some veneer pieces to stick on my p-mags...

Thanks for the picture, the wood looks nice but I thought (and was hoping) they might have been the more traditional triangular design similar to the Ironwood Designs wooden forearms.....<><....:)
